Both Luis and Tony were very helpful. First visit could not make a deal with the mgr Gary Samboy. Luis did his best. Second visit Mr Tony Williams helped me, because Luis was tied up with another client. Tony is very outgoing, great personality and showed me all the cars gadgets. Took me for a test drive. Took care of the radio problem and delivered my car at home. He's a great asset for your company. Had a bad experience years ago with Haltermans and was happily surprised by the positive change. Keep up the good work. Thank Tony for me for friendly and professional assistance, and I appreciate his extra effort. I have no problem recommending Halterman.

I, my wife and daughter drove in from Long Island, N.Y., to spend the Presidents Day weekend with family living in E. Stroudsberg. On Presidents day we got around to talking about interest in considering purchasing a Toyota Prius. My cousin, recommended Halterman's because he had purchased a RAV4 from them in the past and was very happy with his experience. When we arrived were greeted by Louis Leiva, Sales Consultant. We were quickly put at ease by his friendly, knowldgeable and professional manner and appearence. He patiently anwered all of my questions. We agreed to test drive the car. We returned and quickly negotiated the purchase of the auto, in a relaxed and friendly environment that afternoon. I took posession of the car that day. I returned to N.Y. the next day, and returned to Halterman's to drop off my trade-in auto to complete the exchange, shortly thereafter. I had not yet completed the "Appearance Package & detailing on the Prius and had intended to return to Halterman's the following weekend to do so. Louis called me at home and offered to send a driver with a temporary replacement car to my home, to complete the appearence packege and returned with my Prius the next day, at my doorstep. The service was outstanding! I, my wife and daughter are very happy with our new Prius and would be happy to recommend Louis and Halterman's to anyone interested in purchasing their next auto.

Chris was very professional and friendly.he listened to my needs and presented a deal which fulfilled my requirements. His attention to details with the paper work and specifics of the car features was excellent. As a sales person I would recommend him to anybody. Although we didn't purchase a Toyota, I very much enjoyed the professionalism and attention to detail that Brea has displayed. We owned an Expedition for 14 years and thought we could downsize to a Highlander, but after test driving all the 4 or AWD toyoatos we ralize we are not ready for that just yet. I came to Halterman's Toyota for information on a 2014 Corolla. When I first entered the doors to their beautiful showroom, I had no idea that a car buying experience could be so exceptional. Matt Roecker, Allen Blad, and Albert Lanigan all took the time to explain the vehicle and the purchasing process in a way which was in-depth and easy to understand. Allen literally bent over backwards to give me the best deal on my vehicle and I was amazed. I have never received such phenomenal service in my life. I am so happy I chose to purchase my Corolla from Halterman's, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I went to haultermans yesterday to look for a newer truck . While looking I meet salesman Thomas mccree . He was very helpful and got me into a great preowned tundra . I'm very happy about the way I was treated I strongly recommend buying your next vehicle here .

This review is for a 2013 Toyota RAV4 (new). My past experiences with Halterman's has kept me returning. The service department and staff is great. My experiences with other dealers and service departments were horrible and costly. Halterman's is honest and has never cheated me like others. I have purchased 8 vehicles from Halterman's, this RAV4 is number 9. Rodney Wilson has been my sales person and has been wonderful. Rodney is knowledgeable with the vehicles and strives to satisfy me without any pressure. I told Rodney I wanted a good AWD or 4WD for my daughter. Rodney showed me the RAV4 and when we test drove it, it was ran great in the snow. My daughter loves it and feels so much safer driving on the snowy PA roads. I have to say I appreciate that Rodney has gone out of his way on this last purchase. When I told him I would be there on Saturday, he changed his family plans in order to be available to help me with my purchase. Rodney has always gone that extra mile for customer satisfaction. It will be awhile before I make another purchase, but I will always be returning for the service department to take care of my investments.

This review is for a 2014 Toyota Tundra I purchased from Rodney Wilson. I have purchased 8 Toyota's from Halterman's with the last 4 from Rodney. I continue to return to Halterman's because of all my experiences, wether the service department or showroom sales has been great. I tell my friends to go to Halterman's if they want a good deal and for their vehicle to be well taken care of in the service department without being ripped off. Rodney doesn't pressure me into buying, which I like. Eight vehicles from Halterman's and I know number 9 will be soon. My thanks to Rodney and all the staff.
