I had a good time.
I had a good time. The car was ready for me to look at when I got there, I was able to drive it alone which is nice. I unfortunately didn’t get a whole run down of what all the car entails , but they were busy and I came in at the end of the day. The detailing of the car was less than impressive though.

Brad did good but pushed for more money when I gave
Brad did good but pushed for more money when I gave budget. Also no extra key fob which is xxxxxxxx 2 should come with car. It’s about money not the customer anymore.

Sold us a car with bad transmission
Fulton Ford sold us a car with a bad transmission. We had driven it fewer than 100 miles when the transmission went out. When we asked them to work with us to make this right -- splitting the cost of replacement 50/50 or buying the car back for less than we paid them for it, they gave us the run around and then eventually said the best they could do was replace the transmission for more $ than we could get it replaced elsewhere in the area. Do not buy a car from them.

I appreciated the entire experience.
I appreciated the entire experience. My salesman, Joe, made sure to keep me informed the entire time, and their whole team made the process of buying a vehicle nearly painless. Even the long drive from Cape Girardeau seemed less because of our experience.

SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION! *less than 70 miles before transmission fault *quart low on fluid when checked When I took it back to them and asked for help, they gave me the run-around for a full week, before telling me to go pound sand. DO NOT EVER BUY A USED CAR FROM FULTON FORD!
