This is our 3rd vehicle from Fulton Ford and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Excellent customer service and great deals-they will beat the competition. Jordan Pieter and Harold Love made our purchase easy, friendly, and painless to drive away in a new Ford 250!

Brought the truck to dealer to get tires and oiled changed. They called me saying my ball joints wouldn't pass inspection and that I needed to pay them $1500 more for upper and lower ball joints. Told them I'd call back after I shop around. My local mechanic would do it for $718 and that was with Spicer upper control arm and lower ball joints on both sides of the truck. Parts were $315 for parts that had lifetime warranty. Fords parts had a 2 year warranty on them. When I called the service manager back I told him I decline the service and I'd go elsewhere. He then proceeded to ask me what price it would take to keep my business. I told him that the price offered initially should have been the lowest price he could have offered and that I didn't appreciate their way of doing business. You need an oil change or tire rotation? Ford is fine. Otherwise go find a reliable local mechanic. Hams Prarie Automotive in Hams Prarie Missouri is an awesome local business with first class customer service.

They not only meet the competitions price...they beat it! Just like they advertised! Did not have the vehicle we wanted on hand but found what we wanted and got it there quick!
