Bait and switch!

Bait and switch! Worked with a salesman for 4 hours on a purchase of a truck. When we ran to the bank to pick up the cashier’s check he requested apparently they sold it to someone else. We were in constant communication with the salesperson while we were at the bank and we had the PO. It wasn’t until after we gave them the check and they gave us the keys that they informed us that they were “working on a contract with someone else.” The manager refused to help us. What a waste of our time!!!

Bait and switch! We spent 4 hours working of the purchase of a truck. We recently purchased a 2023 F-350 from Erin in Loveland.

We recently purchased a 2023 F-350 from Erin in Loveland. We live in Evergreen [approx 75 miles away], Erin had our deal and all docs ready for us to sign. Felt very comfortable with ClearShift and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Worth the drive for sure!

We had the absolute joy of working with T while we bought

We had the absolute joy of working with T while we bought our vehicle. T went above and beyond in so many ways - by coming in on her day off to help us out, adjusting her schedule to accomodate ours, being open and honest about the vehicle we purchased and the dealership itself - she was able to answer all the questions we had. We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem. And - you know how buying a car usually takes all day? Not here. It took less time than any other place we have bought a vehicle, which is amazing. Thank you, T! You are the best!

Twana was great but this dealership is not.

Twana was great but this dealership is not. Test drove a Ford Expedition today and was going to buy it even though it had an oil leak. However, the Expedition shook so bad when applying the breaks it was embarrassing. They pretended they knew nothing about it but offered to reduce the price of the expedition instead of just fixing the problem. They probably know it's an expensive fix and would love to pass this on to me. Well I don't want the headache so I said goodbye to these gypsies (not Twana) and left this fly by night dealership.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! They are thieves!!!!! I wouldn’t believe this situation was even possible if I wasn’t experiencing it first hand. Im an out of state buyer and after paying in full for a 75,000 truck, they have given my truck to a random person and are not taking responsibility!!!! This is absolutely crazy. We have called the police and will be pursuing any means necessary. Details: We purchased a vehicle on 12/28. Their “clear and transparency claim” is completely false as we were mislead and disrespected throughout this process. At the conclusion of purchasing the vehicle, we told them we were deciding between shipping the vehicle and flying to Denver and driving it home to SLC and would let them know when we had something lined up. We called them yesterday 1/10 at 3pm to inform them we were flying out today 1/11 and asked if someone could meet us at the dealership a half hour early(8:30am) to pick up our truck that we have paid for. FIVE HOURS LATER, we were told they released the truck to a random shipping company on January 4th!!!! They did not tell us the name of the shipping company, proof of laden, any proof that the shipping company was legitimate, no information at all. This is absolutely the most incredible mistreatment we have ever experienced. We have asked to speak to the owner and no one will call us back! We’ve been told that this is “TOP PRIORITY” to address this situation but are still waiting for any information or acknowledgement beyond the truck being given to someone completely unaffiliated with us. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

Lee, To be frank, the inaccuracies of your review and the accusation that we are thieves is astonishing. We sell hundreds of vehicles out of state every year with outstanding reviews and great customer experience. When you purchased the GMC, you paid $878 to have a reputable, licensed and insured trucking company ship the vehicle to Utah under our recommendation. We do not make a profit on transportation services, we only offer our vetted transportation companies as a service to our customers. Regardless, you and your wife informed us that you found a less expensive freight broker (Tiger Auto Transport) and requested a refund of the shipping costs we charged. Against our recommendation of keeping with the vetted shipping company, we honored your request without delay and sent a refund check to your bank. Several days later, a transport subcontractor (Experio Transport, LLC) arrived at approximately 3:50 PM and successfully loaded your vehicle for transport. It is at this point that things went sideways because the transporter never delivered the truck. This is why we recommend a reputable shipping company. Our executive team spent an entire week working with law enforcement and additional shipping companies. We spent countless hours trying to locate your truck on your behalf. The investigation revealed that you canceled your request for transport with your original transportation company (Tiger Auto Transport) and the subcontractor dropped the vehicle off at a random auction in Brighton, Colorado. What is interesting is you never notified ClearShift that the vehicle was located, even though you knew we were still working on getting the vehicle located on your behalf. It wasn't until several days after, and after we had to reach out to you, that you revealed your GMC was already located utilizing OnStar (which we suggested using on the first day of the incident). The most disappointing part of this all is that you then demanded $10,000 dollars from ClearShift leveraging and threatening 1 star reviews and a BBB complaint! I must say, this review and story is incredibly disappointing.
