I dropped off my Expedition for an oil change while I was

I dropped off my Expedition for an oil change while I was at work. They were running behind the whole day and didn’t get to it when they initially told me they would but they made it right and realized there was a recall on it while it was there too, so they took care of that while it was in there. Overall very pleased with the service!

It took 2.

It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually go to Kenny Ross but you are closer so I thought I would try your service. Won’t make that mistake again.

Service advisor stated he will call me the next day….turns out he was off and nobody checked his voicemails. I had to visit the dealership to see if my car was done. Turns out it wasn’t and I had to wait another day.
