good treatment

Service was very good but sales department treatment was poor. price agreed upon was increased 18 percent when the car was to be turned over

Everything great as usual. Even washed my car!

This service center has always been good to me Even when they make a mistake they correct it quickly and without any hassle. Keep up the good work.

Annual inspection and emissions

Shaun and Matt were both exceptional very courteous. A problem showed up during service that was caused by a different service company and even though it was not their fault or responsibility they addressed it and took care of it for me. Great service! Thanks guys!

Pleasant experience, courteous and efficient

Excellent Service

Went in for oil change without scheduling Inspection and Emissions. They were kind enough to take care of this for me so I didn't have to make another trip. Always go to Day Ford. Everyone is kind and patient with me and they do things that I didn't even schedule just for my convenience. Got out last 4 cars here and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Ali and Adam are awesome !

This is my 2nd car I brought from Ali. He is very friendly and very good at his job. He works very hard to get the best deal for me. He wasn’t pushy and he made me feel very comfortable while we were getting ready to make a very big purchase. He always welcomes me back if I need any assistance and he made the whole experience feel very personal and he treats me like family. Adam was also very helpful and he took his time to explain all of the details and he was t worried about how long it took. These guys made me feel Like family and I would highly recommend Ali and Adam
