Friendly and reliable dealership

I was treated with respect and friendly information. Steve is always well informed on the inventory, willing to answer any questions and appreciates the customers’ business. Kathy is more then well informed on the financial part of the transaction and always willing to make sure the buyer understands all aspects of their transaction

Great Service

Took my car in for a recall. Had my tires rotated. Engine light on. They took care of everything. Was happy with my all around experience! Thank you Wilson Service Dept! Job well done!

Positive, low pressure, friendly

This is our second buy here. We will be coming back. All departments work well together. Came in looking for one vehicle, drove several, ended up with something even better. Phil Taylor was very helpful, as was owner Steve Wilson. Kathy was very helpful getting all the paperwork in order.Very pleased with purchase.

Dealer listens to wants and places you in that vehicle. Excellent service, friendly staff. service department is great too! We used this dealership many times.

Long time customer

I have just purchased my 10th vehicle from Steve. I have never had a bad experience. Their service dept is top notch. They know their business and Kathy is always helpful when you are working through financing and warranty options.

Very slow service.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change, and to have a slow tire leak checked. It took them nearly two hours. And i May have sat there even longer had I not happened to look across the street to see mt Jeep parked. I had to go to the cashier to ask about it. No apology was offered, just an excuse of a phone call. I won’t go back. They also did not top off my wiper fluid.

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with our service department. We try our best, but unfortunately sometimes we do make mistakes, and I apologize for our error. Im not sure how this happened, but I will talk with our service department to identify the problem and see that it doesn't happen again.
