Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables

Yesterday was my first time at the Coral Gables dealer and the experience was excellent. The person who took care of me was Dave at the service department. I live in Coral Gables but will always go to Ft Lauderdale because of their excellent service. I did not care that it was a long drive I just cared about the way they treated me. Now, going forward, I will go to Coral Gables, the service was excellent. I have no words to describe how wonderful, professional, friendly and attentive Dave was from the moment I expressed my concerns until it was resolved. He adds value to your company. Keep it up. Great job!!!!

Took my car in for Service Type A. Service was done properly, Service Manager, Lorena, checked my car to make sure nothing else was wrong. She had my service order written up, and my complimentary rental ready before I could get a cup of your delicious coffee. Car was ready when she said it would be. The text notification system works great, I did not have to call. Very good service!

I have been a customer since 1985 and have never been disappointed with their friendly and very efficient service over the years. That is why we are and have been loyal to MB over all these years.
