The Best Experience in Nearly a Half-Century!

I have purchased/sold/driven over a dozen cars in my lifetime. I have always dreaded the experience of changing my vehicle. Regardless of the brand (Porsche, Lexus, Nissan, Mercedes), the salesperson and their management "always" managed to conduct themselves in a dishonest and unprofessional manner. They have done everything from making promises that they later would not honor to just flat out lying. Inevitably, new costs and fees have always appeared at the moment I sign the closing paperwork. FINALLY, the most recent process of changing my vehicle (turned in my lease & purchased a new vehicle) was a pleasant, effective, and efficient experience. From the initial conversation with my salesperson, Ahmed "Alex" Gonzalez at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay, to the moment I drove of the lot with my new car, my entire experience was nothing short of "World-Class." The team at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay delivered "Ritz-Carlton Service with Federal Express Efficiency." I was able to view their inventory and select my vehicle within an hour. I, then was able to negotiate my deal, get the car prepared for delivery, get walked through all the features in my new car, complete all of the associated paperwork, and drive of the lot with my new car with in 1.5 hours. The entire process took less than 2.5 hours. I congratulate and highly recommend the team at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. From the Manager, Herminio Perez (who personally came to introduce himself when I took delivery of the vehicle), to the Finance Manager, Eduardo Cardona (who walked me through all of the documentation without trying to upsell me any products), to the Sales Assistant, Melanie Giro (who patiently walked me through all of the features in the car and how to use them), and, most importantly, my salesperson, Ahmed "Alex" Gonzalez (who coordinated the entire experience flawlessly), they all made my experience pleasurable. I am very grateful and will definitely be back when I am ready to change my vehicle again.

Herbert is the best service advisor!

Herbert is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. Truly professional and courteous. He values the customer and it shows in every way. He is an excellent representative of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Great Service

The brakes went out on my Sprinter while on Florida's Turnpike, while on vacation, heading to Key West. I called MB of Cuttler Bay and spoke to Rubin (manager). He agreed to take me in first thing the next morning. i arrived at 0630 and was promptly met by Kevin LaPlanche, service advisor. He got me in right away, got the brakes fixed, and back on the road a few hours later. Thanks Rubin, great job Kevin !! Ron Kurtz 2013 Sprinter

Effortless and very helpful

Great service at cultler bay mercedes

By far one of the best buying car experience i have had in a long time. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave me the best deal he could. The other people that help througj out were very friendy as well.

Very Pleasurable Car Buying Experience

I have purchased many cars throughout my lifetime and my recent purchase of my new 2016 Mercedes S550 was not only pleasurable but is how a car purchase should be.
