I had an exceptional experience at Four Stars Nissan of Denton, and it all started with my incredible salesperson, D'Angelo. From the moment I walked in, D'Angelo treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. He wasn’t pushy or salesy — instead, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. It honestly felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared. Equally impressive was my finance manager, Jabin. The finance portion is usually where the pressure sets in, but Jabin made it smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. He explained all of the details in plain language, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and how quickly he moved the process along without making it feel rushed. Together, D'Angelo and Jabin made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be recommending Four Stars Nissan to anyone I know who's in the market, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for my next vehicle. This is how car buying should feel — professional, transparent, and actually enjoyable.

I had an average experience at 4 Star Nissan.

I had an average experience at 4 Star Nissan. Initially, Jackson was great during the sales process — attentive, responsive, and helpful. However, once he found out I was also speaking with another dealership to compare offers, his attitude noticeably shifted. He became short and less engaged. I was also told that new vehicles no longer come with carpet floor mats, but when I reviewed the window sticker, they were clearly listed. When I brought it up, I was told to just use the mats from my old car, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Post-sale support was disappointing. I had issues with NissanConnect and reached out to Jackson for help, but he stopped responding and never followed up like he said he would. I eventually had to contact another salesperson at the dealership to get assistance. Overall, the initial experience was promising, but the follow-through and customer service after the sale were lacking. I expected more from a reputable dealership.
