Two months to fix a transmission. Lied several times through the process. Pacifica had 32,000 miles. Warranty work, the dealership was reimbursed over $10,000 for terrible service. I will never buy another car from Patriot. Hard to believe Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep would allow Patriot to represent the brand.

Very unorganized kept sending me to different people in service area none would even talk or look at me because they were all on the phone waited 15 minutes standing there just to talk to somebody about a oil change!
