This dealership had our business in our maintenance of

This dealership had our business in our maintenance of our car until someone over tightened our oil and o a 400 mile trip all our oil ran out of the Crack. The people who fixed it said it was definitely whoever changed our oil last. And since we only go here it was their fault. Contacted them and absolutely will not take responsibility for it. We are done doing business here. And it's too bad, their workers in the service department are some of the nicest people we've dealt with.

What a great experience!

What a great experience! Wanted the Sportage hybrid and had to wait for the right timing and car. Akira was patient and had great follow up through the process. All the staff was pleasant to work with and I've already sent a family member there to scout their next vehicle.

My wife and I reached out to Fowler Kia to look at a few

My wife and I reached out to Fowler Kia to look at a few options. Their salesperson, Javin, responded diligently and put together a few options for us before we went in. He went to great depth to find the most appropriate fits for us. He showed us our options, walked through every one of them patiently, in spite of us having to listen and test drive around having an infant with us. Javin was kind enough to let us do a test drive without himself (I hope other dealerships are seeing this, because this meant a lot to us). We loved the car, but we were still wanting to consider options to make sure it was a solid decision. Their business manager, Jessica, sat down with us, walked us through our options financially. Javin and Jessica didn't rush us by any means. Gave us all the room and time to make an informed decision. My wife happily bought the car and traded in her old car in what was one of the smartest and smoothest buying experiences we've had. The car was detailed and ready for us to pick up. Javin made sure to patiently walk through the features with us. He also made sure to follow up after a couple of days to make sure the car was good, and if we were doing ok. Its because of people like Javin, that folks are still buying cars at dealerships rather than buying online. Fowler Kia is a terrific dealership and is the best Kia dealership in Northern Colorado (trust us, we've been to the other ones). The car is exceptional. The service was impeccable. 5 stars.

My husband and I worked with sales consultant James to purchase a used vehicle. James was easy to work with and got us the deal that we wanted. We also had a positive experience with the finance manager Angela. She was friendly and went over our paperwork to purchase our car with great patience and understanding.
