James Titchenell at Fowler Kia of Windsor was very

James Titchenell at Fowler Kia of Windsor was very helpful in helping us acquire a new Kia EV9. We’ve used James to help us with past vehicle purchases as well, and he is always friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve had great experiences with the service department there as well with maintenance needs for our other past and current vehicles.

James and Dave made the lease much less stressful and

James and Dave made the lease much less stressful and answered all questions. James did a particularly good tutorial of the technology. James also got me a better price for my trade in than originally expected.

James was absolutely wonderful to work with.

James was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made sure we got the prices we were looking for and we felt very happy and excited with our new car purchase. We did not like how pushy they were with the warranty packages. We had said no thank you multiple times and he was not taking no for an answer, which just prolonged us getting out of the dealership.

From the first phone call, to driving off the lot, the

From the first phone call, to driving off the lot, the experience couldn't have been any better! Shae Smith our salesman was awesome!! Such a great guy, great communication, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The manager, finance team and everyone else also was great in every way. This dealership was 3 1/2 hours away from where I live and there are a bunch of other Kia dealerships closer, but because of this experience, I would definitely drive the extra 3+ hours to do business here again compared to another dealer!
