The dealership was great.

The dealership was great. My salesman, Chris, was outstanding. He was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. I appreciate all the time, help, and staff efforts that I’ve received while visiting and purchasing my car. My overall experience was just Wonderful!

When I woke up that morning, I had no idea that I would

When I woke up that morning, I had no idea that I would buy a Kia by the end of the day. We were looking for an 8 passenger vehicle and the Carnival seemed nice with a low purchase price. Besides, Fowler Kia was having a sale on new models so I bought a new car instead of used car, like I was planning.

They talked to us the entire time without leaving us in the dark about any concerns or questions that we had. They have a kids area and offered us drinks during the waiting process. James helped us a lot with making sure we’re comfortable with the car we picked out.

From our first test drive to our second the next day

From our first test drive to our second the next day followed by our decision to purchase, our experience was outstanding. Our drives were with Chris and Javin, both of whom were friendly and helpful in learning about various features of the vehicle. Upon our decision to buy, we sat down with Akira, who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. There were no games of sending in other staff to haggle or pressure; we knew what we wanted, and our reasonable requests were gladly granted. A manager, Tom, stopped by to explain financing options, and he was pleasant and able to explain the math to me so I completely understood (compound interest loans are not my area of expertise). Our final step with Dale in financing was smooth and easy — another staff member who was personable and able to answer any questions we had. Throughout the entire experience, I felt valued and respected as well as excited about my gorgeous new Seltos! I highly recommend this friendly dealership!
