Gabe and Jeff took their time to make sure we got the maximum deal! They beat the competition on our trade-in by thousands. A few weeks after the sale had been completed, they welcomed us back to replace our brakes and tighten our sunroof free of charge.

We have purchased 10 vehicles in the last 14 years and...

We have purchased 10 vehicles in the last 14 years and this was by far the most pleasurable buying experience we have ever had. The staff was courteous and listened to what our needs were, both in a vehicle and financially. We didn't get the "greasy car salesmen" feel from any of the staff. Bailey was a wonderful sales person full of personality, care and concern for her customers. Jeff the Assistant Sales Manager was very personable and greeted us right away. Tom in Finance made the paperwork portion quick and painless. We never felt pressured to purchase anything we did not want or need. We would not hesitate in recommending Peak KIA North to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great Experience, gave me the maximum on my trade in....

Great Experience, gave me the maximum on my trade in. Even though I could have gotten a new car I wasn't pressured or delayed with classic carsalesman tactics to get the vehicle they wanted me to. This is a good fair dealing dealership. The salesman Tim was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was driving the car I wanted off the lot within the hour. You wont leave here feeling cheated.

Sale was completed quickly without pressure. Tom (finance) was knowledgable and got his end done quickly. Bennett was friendly and direct without being pushy. Car was delivered clean and in good order.

We truly had the best experience at this dealership, everyone was so nice and we felt no pressure at any time to purchase. Harold was our salesman and we will definately be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Thank you for an experience you don't get at other dealerships!

Leasing a car from Peak Kia was an unexpectedly nice experience. Usually auto dealers hit you with the high-pressure sales tactics; teaming up with the sales manager (or others) to get you to agree to something you can't afford. Peak Kia gave me their bottom line right up-front; no haggling was necessary - it was a great deal!

I appreciate that everyone went out of their way to make...

I appreciate that everyone went out of their way to make sure that I found what worked for me personally and their patience was invaluable. I had a lot of questions and no one had a problem finding me the answers or giving me time to consider my options. We love our Optima and already have plans to turn it over to the "turbo" one day in the future. Adam worked with me on the phone answering all my questions and made sure that by the time I arrived at the dealership quite a bit of the "behind the scenes" financial questions were answered. Drew helped me once I had arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and find the car that worked for us. And Tom...I have to say, what a relief. I have been pushed around by dealerships all my life and it was so nice to work with someone who listened and didn't play head-games when finalizing the deal. The speed in which he processed everything was great since I had held everyone up that evening. Thanks to all!

I had a great experience at peak Kia! Tim asked what I wanted and when I got there, he had 2 cars lined up for me to look at. I picked the one I like which was the 2011 Kia optima. Jeff the sales manager, introduced himself and was very pleasing to talk to. I was introduced to the service area and they were all very nice. It didn't take long at all to get through the process. My parents were so happy about the car I chose and what I told them about the wonderful people there, they are going to sell the car they have and get a sportage or sorento. I will be going back to peak Kia for all my services and tell everyone I know. Thank you all for helping me get into the car I love!

I recently purchased a new Sorento and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Drew made sure we got what we wanted and at the price we wanted. He was very courteous and spot on with our needs. I will absolutely recommend this dealership and Drew to anyone who needs a vehicle, and I myself know where I will be going to purchase my next vehicle!

Drew built me up on how the dealership needed used cars,...

Drew built me up on how the dealership needed used cars, and how they were built on a good reputation. However, when it came to the "deal" process, all of that went out of the window. Meaning, I was expected to take a $4000.00 loss on my trade-in because he said "that is how we keep the lights on". He further stated he would beat anybody's deal and couldn't. Longmont Kia was much less in price. He also stated that he would not lose a customer to Longmont Kia, but ABSOLUTELY did after this experience. Drew needs a lesson in proper customer service!
