I must say Napleton Infinity dies what they say. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and upon getting ready to test drive notice a light that camw on they immediately turned around and got to working on it. The service team at Infiniti of Augusta was very friendly and helpful when I had to take my car to them to get it serviced. I was new to the area and was very anxious. Service Mgr Dion loudly asked me to drive away from the Service Bay and not come back. I went in to look at new cars and take advantage of the 4 oil change deal advertised on the radio for two of my cars. They would not schedule an appt for my BMW and when I showed up with a classic MGB they actually through me out of the Dealership in a very Rude fashion. I have been there 3 times asking to have them honor the ad on the radio. They are lying about servicing all cars, all makes and models. Dion refused to provide me his last name and then stormed out from our discussion. Very Bad Place. too bad.
