Bought a car for safe transit in 2023, it was clear and safe/ the little Eqinox in the ad photo. 2024 got car, hi mileage was concerning but vehicle was sound. until it wasn’t W/in 90 days it overheated,they fixed, again overheat. He showed video of overheated car explosion then shop stopped responding after dealer said make a list and I’ll fix it. Had to get $6400 repairs , warranty covered nothing! One may by a 2nd car if 1st one was really good right? NOPE It was a bait n switch. 1st car for me was cool. I brought my husband for 2nd, a nightmare. I’m disabled so it’s a big deal if I’m stranded! Can’t trust this dealerships

5/5 stars. This is the most professional & welcoming dealership I’ve been to in Sacramento. The staff/salesmen are very friendly & knowledgeable about their vehicles. Very easy to work with, as well as they have a great variety on inventory. Right off the bat, you can tell this dealership takes great pride & care in their work, taking care of their vehicles & providing necessary information when requested! Messaged them about two weeks ago. Received no response. A legitimate business would be responsive, supportive, and transparent with pricing. Pretty sure these guys are scammers that found a platform to scam on.

Straight liars. They say the price is $5,000 then go on to say no, actually it’s $5,000 off! Never buy a car from fools who are so idiotic that don’t know to enter the price of the car where it asks what the price of the car is.

For the love of God list the sales price, not the down payment in your listings

Bait and switch type pricing , save yourself the grief and deal with upfront people, not these people!

On 1/18/24, I asked a question to Platinum Motors regarding why the price of the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Stock number:358170 VIN: 2C4RC1GG6JR358170 was only $3,500. I also wanted to know if the vehicle was available. I received an automated response from Pablo Flore, from Platinum Mothers later that day. I never received a response from. Platinum Motors.
