I purchased three cars from Carlisle Chevrolet before it was sold. I was concerned that i would not get the same great service but I was wrong. I bought a 2025 Chevy Blazar and salesman James Water was amazing! He took time with us and was very knowledgeable!! He went out of his way to help us in any way he could! We had just come from a different dealership and we were so happy how everything went so smooth and easy! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2024,
I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2024, and shortly afterward, the check engine light illuminated. In December 2024, I discovered that the transfer case was faulty, which led to my vehicle being in the shop for the entire month of January 2025. Now, in March, during a routine oil change, I found out that the transfer case is still leaking. Additionally, I was informed that there is a significant amount of rust underneath the vehicle, which prevents them from performing a brake flush. When I brought this to the attention of the sales manager, he dismissed my concerns by saying, 'It's not that much rust.' I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience, as I would never want to purchase a vehicle with rust issues. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.

Anyone here have any experience with Legacy Chevy/GMC there in Waxahachie? Made a deal on Saturday…supposedly a done deal…tried to get Purchase Agreement sent to my financial organization today…only to find out that they are showing the truck to another gentlemen late today. After…after our deal was made…and it seems like they are using “my deal” to exert pressure on the next perspective buyer. Seems dirty???….but I’m not in the car business. Is that the way business works in Waxahachie? Asking for me… Thanks

David, While we understand your disappointment, we were very transparent with you on Saturday that we usually only hold new cars and don't hold vehicles unless we have several of the same models. Before you called us back and said you were approved, we had a customer who had driven two hours looking at the same truck. It would not be fair to tell them sorry, someone may or may not be approved and able to purchase this vehicle.
