1. Salesperson Experience Johnny Luna (salesman) was extremely misleading—claimed to be a genuine customer on their own website reviews. High-pressure sales tactics throughout our visit. 2. Test-Drive Incident After handing over the keys, our assigned salesperson vanished; no one remained on-site to assist. 3. Post-Visit Harassment Received multiple texts and calls that bordered on threatening. After posting this review: The dealership complained about our feedback. They even sent a taunting photo of a recent buyer of the car we had test-driven. 4. Website “Reviews” Their site prominently features “real customer reviews,” one of which is authored by Johnny Luna themselves—clearly not an unbiased endorsement. Bottom Line Avoid this shop at all costs. Their staff use deceptive online reviews, resort to undue pressure, and follow up with harassing behavior.

Started out great. Then salesman stopped answering texts. Sent messages through receptionist and he still never returned my calls. My info was supposed to me sent to another salesman but still no call! Truck is still listed for sale. Poor salesmanship! I hope everyone else using them will have a better experience. I now have a local dealer using locator to find me a vehicle.

What initially started as a good experience turned into a nightmare. The third party car delivery groups were great to work with. The sales rep did a good job. The owner bragged on how excellent his service was, yet when things went south he washed his hands. I had car 2 days and radiator hose came off and car overheated destroying engine. Investigation revealed service dealer had done was not performed correctly and hose clamp was never attached, causing failure and overheat when hose came loose after a few days. Dealer says too bad, should have bought warranty. Warranty doesn't cover negligence. Why would he not have his people check work that was done before passing car over to me? I would recommend to steer clear of this dealership.
