Danny was Amazing in his knowledge of the vehicle

It was a VERY simple transaction, no runaround, no last minute price hikes, Danny was straight forward, from the minute i met him, explained and answered all my questions, will NO PRESSURE AT ALL !!!

My experience

Roman was very patient and explained everything very clearly. Roman made sure that I understand all features of the car by allowing checking that I could operate all the controls.

Finally!

After 3 horrible experiences at different Honda dealerships, Advantage was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was excellent. My only complaint was the overall price of the vehicle...I felt as though they were willing to negotiate. Nonetheless I am happy with my purchase & I would recommend them to anyone who is a stickler for AMAZING customer service!

Professional and Friendly Dealership

I recently purchased a pre owned BMW from Advantage Honda. Roman, our salesperson was extremely accommodating and professional. It was surprising to us how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. It was a pleasure to work with.

Lisa was A1!!

Salesperson Lisa went out of her way to help me even on her day off. She was warm, informative, patient and collaborative. She shared her ideas with me so that I would make the best decision for me. Dave in finance was also great at helping me get my car. This was a good first time buyer experience for me even though it was a lengthy process.

Trustworthy, friendly and respectful . Awesome prices.

To be honest, like most other people, we hate visiting a car dealer. I find that going into the store is like entering a piranha tank. You’re afraid there will be deceit. You’re afraid that someone will hastily push you into what can be a disadvantageous deal. Be very proud of yourselves at Advantage Honda. Larry and Dylan are unique. They acknowledged the homework I did regarding the purchase. They were straightforward in a way that I knew I could trust them. Got we what I needed and what I wanted at the right price.

I had worked with Danny before but the deal couldn't be finalized in time. However, he was very attentive and helpful so when I came back to N.Y., I reached out to him again and, with his knowledge from before as to what I needed, he was able to come up with the perfect car at the perfect deal. Then Dave did his magic and got the payment just where it had to be. Great work guys!
