Great Customer Service

I had some issues with the service and the service Manageress Ms. Mary quickly responded to an issue I had with one of the services which I got done and resolved it in no time. Excellent service Ms. Mary and I really appreciate the good service and please keep up the good work

Bad experience

Most of the dealership's sales people are new so they lack the knowledge necessary to give informed answers. After spending time with you and making promises on price they come back with something totally different. I would not recommend this dealership.

Excellent Service

I went to Advantage Honda to get my airbag replaced, and I met Lillian, who efficiently helped me. She was very clear and made sure I understood the process, and she was very friendly and approachable. When I had questions, she answered them right away, with a smile.

My Honda Pilot

Good start to bad taste to good ending

My relationship with this dealership started off with a bang. They were helpful and tried to get me into a vehicle that fit my finances and my needs. All started off so well, however, they failed to meet with their promises. Since I do a lot of driving and it was buying a used vehicle (a 2012 CRV). I went around the car real well and noticed that the front brake pads were somewhat low. What are the conditions that I requested in making the deal was for the dealership to change the front brake pads and be certain that the rotors were properly machined. Although they wanted to get me to buy a driveway with the vehicle the same day (a Saturday), due to the issue with the brakes, they said they needed a few extra days. My wife did not pick up the vehicle until Tuesday, and when she picked it up, she never checked to see if they did the brakes as they promised. The brakes were not fixed, but when brought to their attention, they honored their commitment and fixed the problem as promised. Although they didn't get it right the first time, at least I know they mean what they promise and eventually got it right.

Smooth and pleasant process

It is to your advantage to use Advantage Honda.

We were not prepared to purchase a car when we walked into the dealership. All we wanted was to receive information. The sales consultant, Steven Gong, was so helpful in answering our questions that we decided to consider leasing a CR-V. Steven was patient, polite, caring about our wallets, and very knowledgeable. We did lease a CR-V mainly because of Steven. We returned the following day to submit some paperwork and Steven was as patient and helpful then as he was before the sale. He invited us to return any time to learn more about the many features of the car. When we purchase a new car next year we will head straight to Steven. He took care of us.

Great service

My service person Lilly was very patient and personable. Although the waiting time was very long, she tried her best to minimize my costs, and she understood my situation very well. Great customer service for the entire 7 hours.
