Professional and not pushy. The dealership kept to their word on the price that was negotiated on the phone. The process of getting a new car was painless as they had a portal for you to input your sensitive information before you arrive at the dealership - and it is automatically used for the finance approval. No form filling at the dealership. Overall, Ray and the dealership is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

They claim they only do inspections where they have to drive the car on Wednesdays. That seems very limiting.
