Horrible service.

Horrible service. Did and said everything just to get the sale. Completely left me hanging on all things promised to do on my car once purchased. Didn’t get my second key till 2 weeks later because I kept asking about it. Did not even give me an inspection till nearly 3weeks after I bought the car. My car had a bad scuff on the front bumper and it took nearly a month for them to fix it after countless text messages between David Bales and I. Always a run around to fulfill my end of the deal. Joe Mele ended up doing my paint job to fix the scuff. Horrible low quality paint. I deff will have to come out of pocket so my car can look like it’s supposed to. Completely unsatisfied with this dealership and I will make sure to never recommend buying a car from here. Very unprofessional people. I work as a mail man in manhasset and I’m going to look out for the people on my route and make sure they go somewhere else for their car needs. 👎🏼

I had a good experience at this dealership.

I had a good experience at this dealership. They were transparent with the numbers and ultimately beat their competitors’ prices. They were willing to negotiate on my new lease deal and truly worked to earn my business. Unlike another dealership I visited, they accepted my trade-in and gave me a fair offer based on the equity I had built up in my previous lease. The finance and insurance process was quick and straightforward — I wasn’t pressured or kept waiting. I was in and out in about 30 minutes when I picked up my new car, which was clean, prepped, and ready to go. Overall, this lease was not the result of a frustrating or drawn-out experience — it was smooth, efficient, and fair. Bottom line, of the three dealerships I visited this one gave me the best deal.
