I was told I needed new front shocks, all new brake pads

I was told I needed new front shocks, all new brake pads and rotors. Quoted over $2,000. Took the vehicle to two other shops and the other two said shocks and brakes looked great. Hmm….

Great team and overall dealership

I have been shopping this with team for many years. All the way back when it was Sorg Dodge to the New Axius Group they have always taken care of me with new sales and current service.

Made a scheduled appointment to get some open recalls

Made a scheduled appointment to get some open recalls done on truck. Was supposed to take 8 hrs. ended up be 4 days. When I got it back my radio was unprogrammed and my remote starter door lock wasn't working. I asked if they had the battery unhook to do what had to be done. Both the service manager and tech said no battery was not unhooked. But they couldn't explain to me why my stuff wasn't working. Seemed to not care about trying to fix it. Noticed random wires hanging down from under the dash not hooked up to anything that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Everything was in working order when I dropped it off to them. So know I have to schedule an appointment with another place to get it fixed and pay for it out of my pocket. So I've told all my friends and family to tell everyone they know not to go there.

Awesome Car Buying Experience

This Dealership and my Salesman, Todd Roberts, went above and beyond to get my into 2015 Fiat. This is a dealership that cares and will go the extra mile for you. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to trade up into a new or newer vehicle. They got me more than I ever thought they could for my trade which helped get me into the car I wanted. They treat you like family!

Brought in for recall and diagnose transmission

Went in for recall and was having them scan codes for transmission they informed me that they had to put new filters (because they weren't "filters from them") in and new transmission pan before they could scan (because pan was leaking) even after I told them I had just changed filter like day before they said they couldn't scan without and now $400 Later still have no clue what is wrong and they offered to rebuild it for another $1400 no thanks

2019 Ram 1500

Very trustworthy

Just a great experience. I walked away, after my purchase, thinking ‘what a great auto dealership.’ So many auto dealers are... sleazy. Not these guys. They are, from my experience, honest and fair. Next time I neeed a car or truck Sorg will be my first choice.

Great service, informative speedy

Excellent

Todd has now assisted me in the purchase of two vehicles; one used and one new. He is very helpful. Kevin is the finance manager and I also met with him both times. He was very nice and helpful.
