We work with Hannah Aliahmad in service. Had left Audi Hawthorne as that dealership had gone downhill (service doesn't pick up phone and doesn't check voicemails -- awful). Hannah is the best service agent. Keeps you informed and goes the extra mile. We'd bought from Audi Hawthorne before and when we buy a new Audi will be from Audi New Rochelle, because of Hannah.

Excellent customer service. Hannah and Shaun were extremely attentive and focused on ensuring that the issue with my vehicle was fixed. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond. I had an issue that was likely related to a previous service visit, and they took care of it. Checked everything and secured a loaner for me so they could take their time diagnosing and repairing the issue.

I brought my 2023 Audi A6 in for 1 year / 10k mile service and a (recall) software update at 8 a.m. All was done by 9:15 a.m. My service advisor, Christopher Morrissey was excellent.

Brought my 2 year old Q5 (which I purchased new from this dealership) in for inspection. It failed because it had a bad back up light. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and said they had no idea when they would get it I followed up several times as they never followed up with me but they always said the part was still on back order. Eventually they stopped returning my emails and calls. Car has dat in my driveway for 9 months now since I can’t drive it without inspection sticker. Will never buy another car from these guys

Was looking for a white 2019 A4 premium plus in great condition was browsing on Bethpage federal bank for a car loan never knew they list cars for sale on bethpage federal website through Audi new Rochelle ,took a 45 min ride ,working with Audi salesman Harry was a pleasure & fell in love with the car came back a week later & drove the car home!!! As always the repair, maintenance service is 5 stars, Samantha Diaz the service advisor is excellent. I gave 4 stars overall, it took over an hour and several calls to set up an Uber service to pickup my car. Seems that only the service advisor (only 2 we’re working that day) can set up the pickup. It’s very frustrating. There should be a better way.

Amazing staff and a great experience every time! I have an older Audi thats not worth much, but I keep it since you can’t buy a manual transmission anymore. Other dealers blow me off, but this dealer treats me Like I have the most expensive car there….VIP style. Great to chat to Shaun the manager as he knows a lot about Porsche too! Always a nice interaction, fair pricing, and a super clean car when its done. Thanks Audi New Rochelle!
