I bought my Outback at Rohrman and have taken it to the dealership every 6,000 miles for servicing. I am treated super and the mechanics do an excellent job on my car. I always wait. They have a wonderful lounge and the car is ready at the time they predict. I would never take my car anyplace else. When it comes time for a new car I will go to this dealer. Thank you.

I am upset I had to pay for diagnostics again when my car was towed into service in November for the same symptoms it returned with in December. I think one of the two charges for diagnostics should be credited.

Professional, personable, friendly and understanding
My daughter needed a new vehicle after totaling her car. The staff was very helpful and understanding about our situation. The 4 staff members that assisted us went above and beyond any experience I've ever had at a auto dealership. No pressure, hassle or negative vibes like you would usually get from any sales transaction that is negotiable. I would like to thank all 4 for their exceptional service and I would recommend Rohrman Subaru to anyone needing any assistance with buying a new or used vehicle or just to discuss your options. I see Nate Bush is not on the list I can choose from about who I dealt with, but he was a big part of our transaction and assisted us even though he was busy. So, thank you, Nate. In addition, thank you Addison for all the details. Brad Belaire, you should be proud of your team, but the positive influence comes from the management team and you're the head of that. Thank you. Horrible service experience!! I won’t trust another...
Horrible service experience!! I won’t trust another vehicle to this dealer ever! Took vehicle in for a 30 minute oil change and didn’t get it back for two weeks! The technician left the filter loose and sprayed oil everywhere! Several failed attempts at cleaning the vehicle and now I can still smell oil 4 weeks later!

Matt, We’ve made every reasonable attempt to serve you with every interaction at Bob Rohrman Subaru. This is the third review you’ve given with the lowest possible rating. We understand that an oil mishap is extremely frustrating and would love to be able to eliminate the odor completely. Unfortunately that takes time which is precisely why we kept the vehicle long enough to have it detailed multiple times as well as to complete your recall as you requested. We wish you the best in the future and hope you enjoy the experience at your dealership of choice. Even though we know it won’t be Bob Rohrman Subaru in the future, we are happy that you’re committed to the brand.
