Amazing customer service! Eugene went above and beyond to get me my first owned car with all of the features I wanted within my budget.

My husband and I are Regular Customers on our 4th car with Aloha Kia Nimitz. We went from leasing a 2013 Kia Soul, upgraded to a 2015 Kia Optima, then a 2019 Kia Forte Lxs Right away I fell in love with it. Perfect car for our little family. Joachim was new at the time but was very pleasant and accommodating. One suggestion is that Assistant Sales Manager Brad could have been more attentive to the admin requirements like the inputting of our sale info done by Joachim to avoid the unnecessary info and inputting of credit type details since our transaction was a cash purchase. On the other hand, we appreciated both of them and finance guy Ali staying late after hours to complete our purchase. They also work hurriedly to prep the car for us to take the car even though we did not ask for that and did not drive it off. Point being is that they did that late that evening which was nice of them.

I had an amazing experience, walked out with a new vehicle that fits me and my life perfectly! Eugene was fantastic, friendly helpful and not once did I feel pressured by him.

Shirly was awesome in getting us the car that we wanted. Although it took a few months to get us the exact car (no fault of hers) she kept us updated regularly on the status. She was very professional to work with.
