I have been doing business with Joe Rizza Lincoln for about two years and never been disappointed. Thomas, service department manager is top notch and the one I always go to. There is another Lincoln dealer two minutes from my house but I deal with Joe Rizza, forty miles away, because of Thomas.

Service Dept was great and 5 stars, but I cannot believe...
Service Dept was great and 5 stars, but I cannot believe many of your sales staff do NOT wear masks. Extremely disappointing and very concerning. I had to leave the service waiting area as a customer came in, took off her mask and was going to eat. I walked to the dealership side chairs and was horrified when I walked in to find that at least 4-5 sales people were NOT wearing masks with at least two others covering just their mouths - their noses exposed. I ended up sitting outside as I did not feel comfortable or safe. Everyone in the service area was masked and extremely friendly.
