2 THUMBS DOWN. BUYER BEWARE!!! if we could give 0 stars to Jim at Auto Vault we would. Rude, combative, undisciplined when asked where he got a $15K value on a car that KBB topped at 10.4K he told us "We should start our own dealership." Said KBB didn't take into account low/hi mileage but when we asked for a trade -in value, he offered us EXACTLY what KBB said our car was worth trade-in. Seems Jim DOES pay attention to KBB. Tried to lower than low ball on our car and THEN out-of- the-stratosphere price on 2006 s430 (top KBB is 10.4) demanding $14990K) and when we asked how he arrived at that price...that's when the next response was "we should start our own dealership. " SO RUDE. THIS IS HOW HE responds to a potential customer!!! WOW. Just saw on the website now he's asking $18,750 offered to us $13,400 When we drove it the trunk wouldn't even open. P.S. Mark (apparently new sales guy---big surprise Jim has a new salesguy---he took the sale over from Mark) who we dealt with was super friendly, super customer friendly, respectful and a decent REALITY BASED guy. Would buy from Mark, but he is not the owner. Jim is the buyer.

The Auto Vault is a car enthusiast's dream shop! Cool cars, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. Chris on the sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to go over everything on the BMW I was interested in. If you're looking for a no pressure sales experience this is the place to go. Hands down the best dealer experience I've ever had. I was very happy with the purchase of my vintage BMW 3 series and will be seeking their help for future purchases!
