Started out as a great price.

Started out as a great price. Come to find out the prices are low due to hidden fees. Almost 3k in fees added on! One 850$ fee was "prepping to sale" its a dealership, that's what you're always doing. Asking to pay for that is crazy. Stay away!

After a two month search and always coming back to Rich W

After a two month search and always coming back to Rich W at Mazda of Port Charlotte, I finally got my new Mazda CX5 ! Rich was very patient and very knowledgeable and helped me along the way.

numerous times only to be sent to voicemail over and

numerous times only to be sent to voicemail over and over. After many calls the finance gentlemen calls me to tell me I have to call Mazda and cancel the warranty.... Sir I didn't purchase a Mazda warranty you sold me another brand. This just showed me he never looked at my stuff to even try and cancel it. These financial guys only get paid if you keep the warranty for 60 days. Well we are are getting close to the mark so he can get paid. He then told me he would call me two days later to confirm the warranty was canceled. Well that never happened. These warranties are prorated so every day you have it the less you get refunded and if it goes past 30 and 60 days the refund is alot less. I am very unhappy and would like a full refund as I called and tried to cancel the warranty 3 days after I purchased the vehicle. They stressed to me during my visit that they are a new dealership and they are really trying to make a good name for themselves, but this is not how you do it. Very disappointed. Once they make there sale your as good as dead to them.

Stopped in on a two day trip saw the vehicle that I’ve been looking for. Went back. The next day test drove bought and traded salesman. Tim was excellent no pressure very easy. I bought a lot of cars over my life and that was one of the easiest transactions ever.

Had the best car buying experience at Mazda of Port

Had the best car buying experience at Mazda of Port Charlotte this year end of July. I was very happy with the ease of negotiations with my trade in vehicle, and truly felt I got a great deal on my new 2024 Mazda CX-5 purchase. I’d like to thank Sales Manager Eric, Salesman Eli, and Dave in Finance for helping it go so smoothly. Had a terrible experience at a local Bradenton Mazda dealer more than once, and made the drive down to PC. Glad I did, and will be back for hopefully another. Beautiful all new facility/ showroom is a plus as well.

My wife and I called the Dealership and talked to Richard

My wife and I called the Dealership and talked to Richard Walsh and what a nice experience. Unlike most car salesmen, especially one we were mistreated by this other Mazda dealer, Richard made the experience picture perfect in personality, professionalism, and empathy and he is a great member of the Dealership representing them in the highest manner. After securing our purchase, we met with Norma in finance, and again very professional, with personality and empathy representing the company. People like these are what make a company. You can buy a car anywhere, but the people make the company what it is today. Thank you, Richard, Norma, and the Management of Mazda of Port Charlotte.
