Bought three cars from them. I paid $5000 for a warranty that no one is able to provide the information on. Owner keeps saying to contact him, and that he emails information, however that has not occurred.

Basically they lied for about two weeks saying they don't
Basically they lied for about two weeks saying they don't have it then told me it's for sale then sold it to another dealer who is now selling it for a higher price

Scotty was incredibly helpful and patient with me
Scotty was incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the whole car buying process. He even stayed late to ensure I could take the car that same night! I would recommend this dealership to new buyers or anyone weary of the process.

Horrible place kori said hey take this in six months we
Horrible place kori said hey take this in six months we will get you a better car mind you this was for my pregnant wife..... year later nothing no help with cost Paid for warranty that covers nothing over 5 grand to fix they gave her a car that needed breaks calipers and rotors the engine is leaking and burning so much oil we need to add 2 quarts a week they gave it to her with the cup holders full of water oil all over under the hood once paper work was done they pretty much said byeeee and we get no help not even a loner for the work needed strongly advise to stay away from this place!!!! Barry’s is just another hole in the wall take your money and see ya Plus number was held on with tape

Luke, I'm very sorry to see that you feel the way you do. I am slightly taken aback with your perspective of how we have treated you and your wife. We were able to approve you through our internal lending program when no one else would give you and your wife a loan for a vehicle. You purchased your vehicle in August of 2021. You have never once been to our service department for a single issue. The loan has been late multiple times and I have worked with Amanda so that you folks could keep the vehicle. You did indeed purchase a 3yr Service contract that covers much of your vehicle, but we have never called a claim in for you or for your wife. I would be more than happy to review what issues you are currently having but being honest about the scenario is where we must start.
