Very shady.
Very shady. Snuck in a warranty upon signing didn’t ask. Transmission was bad so we tried using the warranty they company said no it was too soon and denied it. So we tried to cancel the warranty but now they won’t call us back and keep dodging my husbands calls.

I have been coming to this Ford dealership since I have
I have been coming to this Ford dealership since I have lived in Decatur County. Recently the dealership was purchased by Golden circle and all of their prices have increased. Before I would get a basic oil change for $54.00 and then tire rotation with every other service for about $10 more, now they're basic service includes rotation but at a 30% markup. I was quoted around $80.00. I had them print my service records and told them it'll be the last time that I will be here. Don't screw over your regular customers or soon you won't have any. They also now charge 3% if you use a debit card.

I took my 2013 explorer to this dealership and had

Don't ever go there and find some other place even if you have to drive an extra hr the service manager and dealership manager are both inept And dishonest

I wouldn't let Tim your service manager, or his boss that lied to me about a part and servicing my vehicle during your transition and the week you aquired the facility touch my vehicle ever again. They are dishonest and don't deserve the opportunity to work for me or anyone else they are ano star couple of liars
