Terrible decision to buy a car/ truck for my job. 2019 Chevy Equinox with 47k miles was clearly in a wreck. Driver side tail light and turn signal inoperable. Didn’t notice until driving off the lot and on my way back home to Kentucky. Stopped at autozone thinking it was a light out. Opened up tail light assembly and found no wiring. Driver side rear wheel well missing. Called dealer/ Salesman Donni he said they would fix it. But under his method by having me drive back to the dealer 2 hours away. Or they would come pick it up and have his person repair it. I advised him that I was taking it to a local Chevy dealer to repair and asked them to just cover the cost to fix it. He texted me saying ok. I ended up asking them to pay the $807 and what do you know the switch happened. Told me his boss offered to repair it and not to take it to a dealership because they can fix it. Well they didn’t and I ended up paying for it. So sad people today are not men of their words but they are only there to make money. I served in the US Marines for 16 years putting my life on the line for normal Americans and this is how they treat me and probably everyone they meet. Lesson learned the hard way…..Stay away from them is my advice. They are not honest people
