Great and attentive service.

Great and attentive service. We also appreciate how clean/well-maintained the entire place is. Our sales experience was great and we never felt pressured into the sale.

I came in for a recall on my engine and pistons,it was a

I came in for a recall on my engine and pistons,it was a hold up on working on my car with Kia, then when the job was finally done, my engine light came on, I came back to same place that put a new engine in my car, are already that's what I was told they said I have to pay $189 for them to check to see why my engine light was on, the dealership put in a new engine why should I pay for them to check to see why the engine light on. I will not return to that dealership for nothing, I wasn't treated fair at all.

They had a good selection of new and used vehicles.

They had a good selection of new and used vehicles. My salesman Tim was very nice and helpful. I was able to purchase a nice used 2022 with low mileage. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Ceryse Tweedle was my sales person.

Ceryse Tweedle was my sales person. She was amazing from my first visit when I was just browsing, all the way through getting my purchase closed. She followed up with me through text, answers every text inquiry I had, and worked with her manager to get my out the door price where I needed it to be. I cannot say enough good things about her. She served my needs with a positive, friendly, and professional, yet authentic, demeanor. This was my first car purchase and she made it a very positive experience.

We had a fantastic experience at JBA Kia! From start to finish, the buying process was smooth, and everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. We’re especially grateful to the team for helping us create a surprise moment for our daughter by letting us borrow the big red bow and supporting us every step of the way. It truly meant a lot.
