I live 1000 miles from this dealership but had not been able to get much help from my local dealership. I called on a Saturday afternoon and within 15 minutes Tim had found the exact car that I wanted, got pricing and made arrangements to have brought from the port to his dealership. The car was delivered to my home less than 2 weeks from this call. Every step of the way Tim kept me informed of what was going on and delivered on everything. He made the process of purchasing a car enjoyable with his professionalism and knowledge.

Robert Argeros rom Mainline Maserati is Great
I recently leased a 2019 Ghibli SQ4 Maserati. Dealing with Rob and Mainline was a pleasure. Straight shooters, easy to deal with, very responsive and very customer service oriented. I switched to Rob and Mainline after dealing the last three years with a different dealer and couldn't be happier. Best Steve

Pleasure to deal with..
Our sales associate Robert Argeros was a pleasure to deal with. He was interested in finding out exactly what we needed, and when we found it, our buying experience was quick and easy. Robert has a great personality, and made us laugh. We thank him again for his help, and knowledge of our vehicle, and making our transaction enjoyable! Paul Kin was also very helpful and his initial response to our phone call made us want to come to the dealership because he was so nice.

All around best service from start to finish I have had buying multiple cars with Robert Argeros from Maserati of the main line. The white glove treatment is top notch and you are treated like family instead of just a customer. I wish every business treated people this way.

Not an ordinary experince!!
MOTML is not just a dealership and Robert "Bobb" Argeros is not just a salesman! I did plenty of research before chosing this dealership and I can tell you the dealer reviews are outstanding for a reason and Bobby's reviews are equally outstanding for a reason... This is a true "no pressure" dealership and I felt extremely comfortable here. I was instantly welcomes as I walked in and treated with nothing but the highest respect. I was in jeans, a hoodie and a hat - that didnt stop them from treating me extremely well! Everyone was personable inlcuding the woman at reception - loved chatting with her. The dealership had a good selection at the building but also, a seperate lot just up the road. With a quick call, several vehicles that interested me where whisked to the door, without hesitation - I wasnt hauled to another lot and I didnt have to walk. Extreme service you would expect with a high-end experience. Bobby and I hit it off, right from the beginning. He made it a point to know me and what I was interested in, he portrayed himself profession yet not a stuffed shirt trying to just get my cash. We joked, shared stories and he was honest - I know because there were questions he answered that benefited me during the discussion, not him or the dealership. My test ride was not rushed and we had a variety of roads to really test our the full functions of the car. as we drove he talked me through the features, the options, the feel of the car what I liked and what I may have disliked (nothing). He got me out on some excellent roads and let me put the car into sport mode and listen to the exhaust open up and the power rise. He knew the roads and gave me the best local experience I could have. He allowed me to determine when I was done testing the car - even offered others to test as a comparison. As we worked numbers (because thats what its all about), Bobby and the General Manager really worked to fit my budget without stretching - there was no back and forth dance!! Serioslu, I have never had that experience at any dealer. As we were looking to finalize, another car caught my eye, one that I didnt think I would be able to afford - it was an absolutle upgradee from what I was originally looking for. They worked a few numbers and I was astounded how Bobby was able to get me the deal he did and get me into something as amazing as a Ghibli Gransport, in the color combination I truly wanted. We worked a closing date for the deal, and as we were, I had a change in my work schedule and recalled that Bobby and I talked about window tinting. The dealership actually tinted my windows at a price that was so competitive I just had to say yes. We coordinated a home delivery and final documentation signing, right in the comfort of my living room. He worked around my hectic schedule and met all his commitments to me - you have to leave a dealership and a sales person that goes above and beynd, regardless of the price tag on the car. I truly had a spectactualr experience with Bobby Argeros, so much so, that by the end of our deal, were calling each other brother! It felt like family and that is not an exaggeration. I couldnt recommend MOTML or Bobby anymore than I am right now. I felt cared for, listened to, appreciated and it was a great experience - and I keep referring to it as an experience, beacuse thats what it was. I will be a lifelong Maserati owner and as long as I have the ability to keep dealing with Bobby - he and MOTML will be my go to.
