Personal shopping experience
On a snowy day in February I stopped by Maserati of the Main Line with a very specific request - a recently-owned, low mileage, Quattroporte within a specific price-range and a unique colorway . . . plus, I didn't want to finalize the purchase until icy roads and potholes were a distant memory. Robert took his time understanding what I was looking for and shared insight that guided me to more-specifically target the vehicle that would meet my needs. He kept in touch during the preliminary months of the process, occasionally letting me know when there was a vehicle he thought might interest me, but never pushed or rushed me to make a decision. He was patient. Once it was Spring, Robert let me know he'd be more actively researching all the listings until he found the car I was seeking. Often I would text with questions and he always texted back immediately. Once I emailed during the evening so he wouldn't be disturbed, since my question wasn't urgent and I knew the dealership was closed at that hour. He emailed back immediately anyway. Yesterday Robert handed me the keys to my Maserati QP; a car that met my checklist with precision! He helped me with the trade of my Mercedes S550 and I can't begin to convey the difference in this buying experience compared to that one! Everyone in this dealership was friendly, smiling and engaging. Each detail of the purchase, paperwork and financing was organized and provided for review in advance . . . Robert even handled the arrangements with my insurance agent. I operate a business and have a pretty refined eye for detail. I highly recommend this dealership. You walk in and check the cars out. Everyone is friendly and you get a very homey feeling the second you walk in. We talked to Tim, scheduled a test drive and bought a levante. The process was quick and there was no waiting around. They offered us coffee and water during our wait. Overall a very pleasant and welcoming experience that left us with a sense of exclusivity and excitement.

Outstanding experience for a customer from Pittsburgh
I was treated extraordinarily well by Robert Argeros from first contact through ongoing questions I had regarding the 2015 Maserati Granturismo Convertible I bought. Full information was provided in advance of the sale. A modest refundable deposit held the car until I could travel from residence in Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to view and test drive the car. Complete CarFax information was provided in advance as well as the full service record of the actions taken in the certification process. I now have purchased at a favorable price (less than half cost of new) a car with 21,000 miles on it, looks brand new, and has 18 months remaining on the Maserati extended warranty. Further, Robert remains fully responsive to me with questions I have from time to time regarding the car. In a word, I am "delighted" with my total experience at this dealership.
