I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati Quattroporte for about a month before I came across one that I liked at Maserati of the Main Line. I was put in touch with Robert who was patient, professional, courteous, open, and honest about the vehicle. He answered every question I could think of, and some that I didn't. He sent extra pictures of the vehicle that I requested. His demeanor on the phone and his response emails made me confident that not only did I choose the right vehicle, but definitely the right dealership. I purchased the vehicle and drove out almost 200 miles to go pick it up. All the paperwork was ready and we were in and out of the dealership within an hour with no surprises whatsoever. I would also like to give a shout out to Jason for his excellent service. Put quite simply, in almost 50 years I have never experienced customer service like I have with Maserati of the Main Line.

My first experience with any Maserati dealership and it was all first rate. Tim was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. Rick was also very helpful. And delivery was great with a thorough review of the features of the car. Couldn’t ask for or expect more.

The entire process was very smooth, Robert is a very honest and trustworthy salesperson, the vehicle I purchased (2016 Maserati Ghibli SQ4) was immaculate, I purchased the vehicle at night, after seeing one minor scratch and a few other things I wanted fixed, I called Robert. Immediately he sent a a specialist with a Loaner from PA to Queens NY to pick my Maserati up and fix it. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to a friend or family member. Look forward to coming back here for another Maserati.
