My experience at Sapphire Motors was great. The salesman got me in a 2013 Tesla Model S and taught me everything about it. I will be back to buy my wife a car in the next few months!

Honestly, I dont know where to start. I was looking for a used Honda CRV with low miles. All the dealers were asking 10k+ on a car more than 10 years old. I was just skeptical because of the stereotypical car dealer. However Sapphire motors had one listed for a very good price, far under market value. I did not even feel the need to negotiate because of the deal I was getting. They hand pick their cars and inspect them thoroughly before selling them. Syed even went out of his way to make sure I can get the warranty on the tires transfered to my name. Best used car dealer in the area! Highly recommend Sapphire Motors!

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent car purchase I made through Syed at Sapphire Motors. While the initial experience was pleasant and the service was commendable, I have encountered significant issues with the car that were not disclosed to me during the purchase process. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically inquired about any potential issues or repairs that needed to be addressed with the car. I was assured that the car was in good condition and ready for the road, with no immediate need for an oil change. However, upon inspection after the purchase, it became evident that the oil was severely burnt and in need of restoration. Additionally, both the front and rear brakes were found to be in a deteriorated state, requiring replacement along with the caliper. These unexpected repairs have resulted in an unforeseen financial burden of $2000 on top of the initial cost of the car. As I had clearly communicated to the sales representative that this purchase was intended for a teenager and necessitated a safe and reliable vehicle, I am disheartened by the lack of transparency regarding the actual condition of the car.

Wonderful experience purchasing my Tesla Model S sight unseen. I was a little skeptical about the deal. But Syed facilitated it to the extent where all I had to do was E-sign a few docs, mail the check, and I had the car within a few days. Was just as he described it to be. Extremely honest, easy to work with, and friendly!

I was looking for a used Tesla without breaking the bank on getting a new one. Sapphire Motors had the best deal and to be honest I searched everywhere. They get their cars directly from Tesla so they are well kept and in very good shape. Helped me get my $4,000 in IRS tax credit as well! 10/10 Service!

Great vehicles and owner is easy to work with and happy to show around the vehicles in his dealership. Doesn’t waste your time and the main thing is, he is honest. Would definitely do business with him again!
