These guys are Awesome! This is our second purchase with Beardmore. Sales staff is amazing and service is great as well. Salesman stays in contact well after our purchase and that doesn’t happen often with any dealership. Highly recommend

How efficiently the entire visit was handled.

How efficiently the entire visit was handled. Everyone was courteous and attentive to the history of the issue I provided. Doug was very prompt to keep me updated with the progress of diagnosing and solutions for needed service repairs. Being 1900 miles from home with a vehicle concern is very stressful. The manner in which I was approached and processed through the service need helped lessen that stress.

Phillip Garcia did a terrific job helping us purchase a new Tuscon. He was professional, knowledgeable, and has wonderful personal and communicating skills. He is a wonderful member of your staff, and we will ask for him when we purchase our next vehicle. Also, Karen in finance was a pleasure to work with. Bait and switch.

Bait and switch. They listed a great deal on a car. Went in immediately when they opened that morning, yet all of the sudden the car (which was listed as a certified pre-owned, meaning in already went through inspection) needed $5000 in repairs and was sent to auction. A friend had just called them for me the night before and they told him to come in and ask for a salesman’s name the next day. So a lot happened overnight while they were closed, according to them. They then proceeded to try and sell me a car for $5000 more than the listed. Waste of time. And the car is still on their website today. Nothing personal to the salesman I worked with, he was nice. But we heard 3 different stories about what happened to the car that is listed and none made sense.

The Honesty.

The Honesty. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our salesman Trent Gilbert was awesome, he even tried to explain how to work everything on the dash. Excellent experience. Paperwork lasted an hour or less, at least that's how it felt.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and made sure to work with the budget I had in mind. Justin was absolutely amazing and I’m glad he reached out to me about my lease end so he could help me make a decision about starting a new lease. He was funny and answered all of my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted from a new car. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking to get a car!
