Great Dealership

This is our third car that we have bought at this dealership and from Curly. We truly enjoy working with him. He is very friendly and know a lot about Hyundia's.

Best experience so far.

Best experience I have had so far purchasing a vehicle. I felt not pressure from the sales and finance representatives. They listened to what I wanted. If you are in the market for a new vehicle you should check them out.

Best Hyundai dealership in Omaha area. Staff attentive and accommodating to buyer needs. I will definitely tell anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go to Todd Archer Hyundai

New Elantra

Dealership and accomodating, Mike Gold was top notice Salesman, Should get higher commission rate. knows the Hyundai cars. Did have to wait over an hour for the car to be washed. Trade-in was fairly appraised.

Unprofessional and unethical

If I could get away with zero stars then that is where this review would start... What a nightmare! And the sad part of this is that I didn't even enter the building. I started my inquiry online with a pre-qualification, and it went downhill from there. My personal experience started with Teddy. A salesperson for Todd Archer Hyundai in Bellevue, Nebraska... If you want the stereo typical fast-talking, doesn't take a breath, doesn't listen, high pressure, rude, unprofessional salesman then you got him in Teddy! My pre qualification was given to him, and he was my point of contact. Too much happened to write all the details, but when I asked him for pricing, and all of the fees that would be included he refused via email. Said I wasn't going to buy from him, and why does he have to be the one I want a price from? Uhhh... seriously? Let me think. Maybe because I'm trying to buy a car from you? Price shopping is the norm in car sales... BTW, Teddy... YOU lost that sale because you couldn't act professionally! I could never imagine writing some of the things he did to a customer, and actually having my job after the fact!? If I could attach a copy here I would... Beware. Shady! They have higher fees than anyone else in Omaha, so definitely shop around! To top it off I found out that they ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. I called them today to follow up on this information, and the finance manager, and sales person denied the fact that they had done this. They stated that they hadn't, and I must be mistaken. The whole time I was trying to talk the Finance Manager kept talking over me, and did not let me complete one sentence. The hard credit inquiries are on all 3 of my credit bureau reports. Did they just magically happen? Did they magically appear with that Todd Archer Hyundai name next to them on my credit report? Do they seriously think by denying the fact that they did this that the inquiries will just go away? It's unethical! I got to the point where I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, and he told me that I was the one with the attitude, and hung up on me. Don't shop Todd Archer!!! I don't see good things coming out of this for anyone. What professional person hangs up on someone that is just trying to get to the bottom of someone running their credit without their permission? In this time when fraud and identity theft is so common wouldn't you want to assist a customer???? Beware, beware, beware! Sidenote. Saw another Google review with the same Teddy problem. It's a pattern, and he still works there, so they obviously don't care how we're treated as customers. See Marisa from one month ago...

New Car Experience

The sales person was excellent. The experience was enjoyable, something I was not prepared for. The whole process took about a quarter of the time I thought it would. Everything ran smoothly.

Exceptional buying experience

Purchased my fourth vehicle from Todd Archer Hyundai in 10 years. Best overall experience of them all, with no "salemanship" i've gotten from other dealerships. Very satisfied with the purchase (2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport Ultimate) and would obviously buy again........ I sound like a paid endorsement for the dealership but I'm not the easiest person to deal with!!!! When you find something you like, you stay with that something....... Enough said

Hyundai Sonata Sport

I had an awesome experience buying my first car here! My car salesman, Jared, did an excellent job making sure I understood what was going on in the process and how to operate the car.
