AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! I’ve bought many cars over the years, but nothing like the nightmare I experienced with GOAT MOTORS and Jordan. I tried to be cautious, even purchasing a code reader beforehand, only to later find out they can simply delete codes. I found a car online that seemed reasonably priced (now I know why) and decided to check it out. As I was on my way, I got a call saying the car wasn’t available because one of the workers had taken it home to put in a new battery. He offered to bring it to my house later in the week since I couldn’t make it during business hours. Seemed like a nice gesture at the time, but it quickly became clear he was just trying to offload a problem onto us. He showed up on a cold evening, and we agreed to purchase the car. We barely drove it—less than a mile—and he had to bring it back to the dealership as he drove it to our place and didn’t have another vehicle. We got it the following evening as didn’t do a look over as it was seriously cold within a few days, we realized something was seriously wrong (We put on less than 10 miles). Took it to my mechanic, and he confirmed that the transmission was failing and would need to be replaced. I called Jordan, who assured me that no warning lights were on the dash. When I mentioned that I knew they could delete codes, he promised to take care of it and said he’d call me in a few days. Of course, no call came, so I reached out to him. After several calls, he finally admitted that it would cost them too much to fix and offered a measly $600 refund. Considering the $9,000 car, the transmission repair was quoted at $8,700, and this was his solution. Also the battery wasn’t replaced like he said! This dealership is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They hide major issues with cars and refuse to take responsibility. Save yourself the headache—STAY AWAY!
