My experience at your dealership was very positive. The service department staff were courteous and professional. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, but other things needed attention. These issues were explained to me and we went ahead with the work. I left the dealership with confidence that my car had been attended to in an excellent manner.

I was not happy with financing interaction.
I was not happy with financing interaction. It was ready to sign when I got there, but was not discussed. I feel a phone call should have been had to discuss financing options. Just here it is, sign it. I was in the position where I had to get a vehicle. Afterwards, I thought, financing wasn't even discussed other than I told them what I was putting down. Rates, etc. should have been talked about. Or at least we checked xyz and this is the best rate. Anything. I will say, they found the vehicle I was looking for. My only exception was the process of financing.

Terrible experience with the I G Burton dealership.
Terrible experience with the I G Burton dealership. Had 5 different salesman, wasn’t even notified when they switched me every time. Vehicle was held up in Michigan. Couldn’t get a straight answer as to where and what was going on with my truck. Had to contact GMC myself to get some answers. Then was told by my salesman my truck was in Baltimore right after GMC told me it was still in Michigan. Truck finally is at the dealership and they sent a Lyft to pick me up. Sent it to the total different address than I had given them. Ended up waiting another 45 minutes before showing up. The clean up of the truck was terrible. Finally get truck and waiting on the Bay tags I told them I wanted, and they send me plain Md tags. Was told by salesman it would be taken care of. Then I was totally ghosted by the salesman. Would not respond to texts or return my phone calls. Would not recommend IG Burton to buy a vehicle. Will never see my business again and will let anyone I know to stay away.
