Overall I had a great experience buying my new 2025

Overall I had a great experience buying my new 2025 Pathfinder. The process was smooth and Nissan has really stepped it up this year. Much thanks to Damon, Austin and Luis for making my new car purchase a pleasant experience.

I reached out to Courtesy Nissan via phone after finding

I reached out to Courtesy Nissan via phone after finding a great selection of new Pathfinders on their website. Damon McDowell answered all my initials questions, and set an appointment for my fiancé and I to see the car in person. Before the appointment, Damon send us a video walkthrough of the car I was interested in which was a huge help. Come the day of the appointment, Damon got right down to business with us and got the car pulled up for us to take a thorough test drive and gave us the chance to get a solid mix of street and highway driving between the two of us (much more that your typical round the block test drive.) He was knowledgable about the car and took the time to walk us through all the features, for reference, this was a 2025 Pathfinder Platinum so there was quite a bit to show. Getting down to the numbers, negotiations were fast and easy and we were able to score a great deal on a very nice car. The handoff to finance was seamless, and Ely was a huge help getting our purchase finalized. After we completed the paperwork, I had the chance to meet one of the service managers and get a final walkthrough and set up of my new car to complete the delivery process. I also had the chance to meet their in house insurance agent, Scott, who shopped my auto rates while we were waiting for finance and actually beat my existing provider's quote for the new car! Paired with the great communication throughout the process and follow up from management to ensure we were completely satisfied, Courtesy Nissan is an example of a great place to do business with. I will certainly be giving them my business again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Nissan and a great ownership experience!

Waited 22 minutes, building is empty except For 4 guys

Waited 22 minutes, building is empty except For 4 guys and a gal sitting in the office. None interested in talking to me. Came to buy a truck. Headed elsewhere now.

I was messing around online looking at cars and ended up

I was messing around online looking at cars and ended up getting a video of the car I was looking at from Robert Coleman. The video was of the entire car, inside and out, and the video made me want to come down and check it out for myself. I ended up buying the car that night, and without the video I do not know if that would have been the case. Courtesy Nissan of Mesa goes the extra mile to get you what you want at the best price.
