Their used car inspection or dealership warranty means
Their used car inspection or dealership warranty means nothing. I bought a used car with dealership warranty... 3 days later, the car broke down with various fault alarms. I had to call them 4 to 6 times to reach one person everytime to make contact. Called Mehdi (sales manager who sold the car to me) and Mark Halvorsen (service advisor) who advised me to tow the car to a nearby honda dealership and shouldn't worry about a thing because I have their "dealership warranty". That warranty means nothing. Fidelity refused to pay for repair or towing. Gettel said they will cover the repair since i just bought the car a couple of days ago. Next day, they changed their mind and mark called me saying no, we are not going to cover the repair because that part is not covered in the warranty, despite the fact that Honda dealership said it is an engine part and it should be covered. I have been calling service and sales managers and directors for 10 days so far without getting any help. They refused to take the car back, tow it to their shop and fix it, or pay repair cost at another dealership. Their warranty means nothing, their inspection means nothing also because that fault could have never occurred in the three times that i drove the car. I will seek every possible route to expose them.

WATCH OUT FOR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!
WATCH OUT FOR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS! Went to test drive a car that was 19K. Sales person was very nice. Then of course, the car is suddenly 21K with 2K off if you trade in, and finance. Fine. Once the numbers were run, they bring the aggressive manager. This is where it gets real shady. His paperwork starts the car at 24.8K. Discount of 4K. The other 2K disappears in the numbers. Than a non negotiable package that is 3K is added. Another random 1.1K fee. The trade-in was low balled by 1.5K but they adjusted that after we were gonna walk. Then there were other fees. When trying to clarify, he kept talking over me, and when I showed on their own computer the original prices (it was accidentally still up) he gave the sales person a dirty look and she closed out the page and pretended to click around. He started getting aggressive when I was walking him through the numbers, but ended up telling us we're done since we refused to sign a hand written deal that was another weird sales tactic. In the end, we drove 2 hours for a price that was simply trickery. After trading in our 10K car, we were still barely back at the 19K we expected before trade in. Insane. Then they treat you like you're the idiot for not falling for it.
