I just purchased a brand new Volkswagen and worked with Vinny. He’s amazing. Fluent in Korean and English and very knowledgeable with the vw brand! As a first time car buyer, the process can be very intimidating because you may not know all of the information you need to make the best decision and feel confident about what you are doing. BUT--I did not have that experience when working with the Fairfax VW. I worked with Ammer, who from the moment I walked in the door prioritized making it a comfortable and informed decision. He was not only knowledgeable about the car, but he was throughouh in explaining its features, drivability, and most importantly the financing options. He never pushed me to get into a car "today" which is what many people in the industry try to do. He let me explain my financial situation, hopes for a care, and then provided me with options so that I could get the bet deal and still have peace of mind. He is the definition of superior customer service. Ammer is not only a good salesman, he is a honorable man and genuine. I purchased a new Volkswagen GTI from Fairfax Volkswagen on February 4th, 2018. I could not have had a more positive experience. I met Servando Garcia in the showroom and mentioned the car I was interested in. Between the test drive and some questions I had, we were able to reach a deal in a very short time. There was no posturing by management and Servando showed real knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. I left the dealership with the car I wanted at a price that was fair. I would recommend Servando and the dealership to anyone interested in a VW.

This review is in reference to Volkswagen dealership located in Fairfax, VA and managed by Fawad Osmani. On January 3rd, 2018 I had the pleasure to walk into this dealership and received service by Fawad, Wes, Alaa, Amer and David and the staff exuded professionalism and superior customer service. Keep in mind, I delayed purchasing a new car for many years solely based on all the horror stories I have heard from others on purchasing vehicles, and having to deal with car salesmen. I have to say my experience at Volkswagen dealership and under Fawad’s watch left me leaving the dealership confident and had no doubt I made a great purchase that suit mine and my son’s needs. Fawad taken a good amount of time to explain the difference between financing and leasing a car. Fawad was able to breakdown the cost and explain every moving part of the deal. Because of his thorough explanation and based on my needs and wants, I confidently chose to finance the car, in addition to purchasing a 10 year warranty and 5 year maintenance plan. Wes taken the time to escort me and test drive the car. He patiently explained to me and on a very high level on leasing a car may possibly be beneficial to me since most of my driving will be local. Wes also explained different features the car model include and most importantly discussed the various safety features for that specific car model. Another staff member, Amer patiently explained and showed me every feature the car included as well. David assisted with the financing part of the deal and explained to me the next steps to seal the deal. He also patiently explained to me that I would need to purchase full coverage and can easily update via car insurance’s internet site. Which I have done so just about 20 minutes ago before composing this review. I highly recommend and without reservation to potential clients to browse/shop for a new car at this dealership. Fawad also manages Volvo and Honda dealerships in the same location.

Dan Coine 31 points in the last week September 30 I flew to Washington DC to purchase a new VW Atlas. Salesman Al Saleh picked me up @ Reagan airport and we enjoyed the drive to the dealership while he filledme in on the features of my new SUV. I had intended to buy the base model Al picked me up in but @ the last minute I asked to have a look @ the SE they had available. The extra 3k in price was well worth it. All the paperwork had to be redone and my new Atlas SE needed a wash and prep which added a bit more than an hour to the sales process. I arrived at the airport @1:00 pm and drove to dinner at a bbq restaurant near the dealership (Mission BBQ 👍) at 5:00. Total time to complete my awesome deal: 4 ENJOYABLE hours incl. 45 minutes travel from the airport! I traveled over one thousand miles to buy my car from Rosenthal Fairfax VW because: 1. They list actual, fair, discounted prices on their website along w/prep/freight/dealer fees. That's it. 2. No pressure to buy "dealer add ons". NONE. 3. Friendly is easy and expected @ dealerships. Salesmen who are intimately familiar w/ALL the details of a new model - engine/drivetrain/electronics - Rare. Unusual. Unexpected. Al Saleh (my salesman) exhibited all the above. He made sure I could utilize ALL the features/options available to me BEFORE I left on the long drive home to South Florida. Sales Manager John Winkfield handled all the pricing and paperwork- had I not changed my choice of car I wiuld have been done even more rapidly. Thank you John. Finance manager Chris was equally expert at his job and enjoyable to work with. There is NO DEALERSHIP IN FLORIDA that meets ANY of the criteria described above. Thank you Rosenthal VW Dan Coine P.S. I just recently bought my FIRST car from here. The staff at VW were incredible and very attentive. They paid attention to what I wanted and helped fit my needs the best they could. I was helped by Emmanuel who was very patient and even stayed after hours to allow me to drive one of the couple of vehicles that I had test driven. He was in no way pushy but informative and very genuine. Kyle, the financing man, was also very genuine and kind. He explained all the scenarios on the two vehicles I was looking at and helped me find the best deal I could get. I would 100% recommend coming here to purchase your vehicle and definitely recommend speaking to Emmanuel and Kyle. They are both very helpful and great overall. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Great people, honest sales staff and a very friendly dealership. Was comfortable from the start and the entire process was painless. In a few hours my daughter and I both purchsed our second cars from Fairfax VW in less than three years.
