This place is horrible. My daughter went there to look at a car listed at $8700 they never even showed her the car but ran her credit and tried to put her in a newer car for $15,500. They add so many hidden fees that don’t as to our make sense. These guys are not straightforward out honest. The entire vibe was off! These guys are b downright crooked and deceitful. If you value your time and money don’t go to these con artists. I’m happy I stopped my daughter from purchasing from these guys. They have no integrity whatsoever. Don’t be fooled by them. Run the other way.

Do not even show up to this place for a car. My wife paid an extra $1,500 to assure the car was in running condition coming off the lot. Had to return the car at least two times and their mechanics could not fix the problem. My wife finally took it to Midas where they fixed everything for $500. Try to reach out to JABs management but they did not want to help us!

Purchased a car in September 2020 and Its April 2021 and still haven’t received my plates. I call and message them. They give me the runaround all the time. This is ridiculous. Im filing a complaint with Nj consumer affairs. Whoever i need to. Also talking to my lawyer about taking them to court. This dealership be scamming people for their money.

Tarrell helped me with my purchase and made my experience so smooth. From the first text that he sent to schedule me to come in all the way to the end, he was extremely professional and helpful. He helped me pick a car that was right for my needs and pockets. Would definitely recommend!

Don't buy from here. Awful service. 1.The sold me a dirty car and it took MONTHS of them chasing me for them to detail it. 2.I bought the car in July and didn't get plates from them until JANUARY. They said it was due to DMV delays. My girlfriend bought a car at around the same time from somewhere else and got her plates in 2 weeks. 3. None of the staff were wearing masks 4. The plastic on the front bumper of the car fell off as I was driving it home the day I bought it. The car also has other various minor issues that were not brought up by the salesperson. I waited until after I received my plates to post this review so I never have to deal with them again. If you need a car get it from anywhere else. This place does not care about it's customers at all and will ghost you after they close the sale.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership I have been battling to get my money back since September they are scammers think before purchasing

Scam place The guy sal gave me his personal number and did nothing to help me My temp tags took months They never gave me my paperwork till days later charged $ 700 for registration They sent the title in my name and the truck isn't paid off. It should be in finance name

Super awesome dealership to buy a vehicle from! The staff was very friendly and respectful. Jack and Rich was very honest and treated me like family!

My salesman Sal was very welcoming professional. Overall experience was good except for the damage on the bumper, they refused to repair once I paid my cash for the car then noticed it before I left their property. I am so disappointed about this.

I bought a car from this dealership in December, its February and i still dont have tags. The temporary tags are long expired and everytime I call the dealership i get a run around.. They sound unbothered and simply does not care at all.. They said they can't extend my plate or give me any proof my tags are been processed. I went to DMV to see if theres a way i can get proof that my tags were been processed? There's nothing been processed for the car To make maters worse they sent me an email to show the cops if i get pulled over for driving with expired tags. Guess what happened when i got pulled over, the officer could not find my tags in the system. Thankfully he told me to go home and park the car and recommended i take an uber or get ride How do i go to work? Why do i gotta go through this and i paid for this service and is making payments on the car This is ridiculous If i could give this place 0 stars i would.. At this point i want my tags and nothing to do with this dealership ever
