I purchased this van the February28,2022 from Vic Bailey Ford. The van started mixing water in the oil on February 29,2022. I contacted the dealership but have gotten no response. I know that I bought it as-is, but I expected better from Vic Bailey..,Alan Smith 

Failure to communicate. Unorganized. Incompetent. Don't follow what the customer says do for service. I WILL NOT take my $85,000 truck to the quick lane! I am paying for an ESP and have the right to choose!!! Got my service at another dealership! Will NEVER buy another new vehicle!!!

Both the ladies listed were absolutely OUTSTANDING and both, in my opinion, are GREAT assets to this dealership.
