Service dept seems completely disorganized.
Service dept seems completely disorganized. Could not get answer if/when vehicle was ready. Lost invoice so no record what was done & took 1/2 hour to check out. Then charged 3% to use credit card. Only service dept in Hampton Roads to do that.
