Used the service department in Denison.
Used the service department in Denison. They said i needed brakes . Got suspicious when it only took 15 minutes to change oil and inspected brakes!!! Also said all wheels were at 3 meters. Had brakes checked by a another location and they said disc were still at 50%. They tried to rip me off with a new break job. Will never use that sevice department again or this dealership.

Spent 2 hours for an oil change.
Spent 2 hours for an oil change. When my wife asked about how much longer it would be she said she didn’t know she would have to walk back there to find out. We will find somewhere else to service our Toyotas.

Drove 45 minutes for an oil change.
Drove 45 minutes for an oil change. I had a coupon from Toyota. The service person would not honor the coupon. Said it had to have their name on it even though it said Toyota! I have used coupons in the past at this dealership.
