Your technicians are friendly, but when I booked the
Your technicians are friendly, but when I booked the appointment for our car, I was told all the parts were in stock and that it would only take about 4 hours. A part was not in stock and was supposed to be delivered the next day at 1:00 pm - it wasn't, so they had to keep my car another day. What was supposed to be a 4 hour service appointment turned into 3 days. It was also extremely overpriced. Routine maintenance and a recall turned into a $1000 visit for me. We will not be returning for routine maintenance.
